Standard-size items
- We know you'll love your Orimeo dress, but if for any reason you are not content with your selection, we'd like to provide you the exchange service. We accept exchanges up to 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods by customer. Dresses must be in a new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact.
Return or Exchange Steps
- Make sure all tags and labels available;
- Email us and request an exchange, our staff will reply you within 1-3 business days.
- We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.
- Please note: all sale and promotional dresses are not eligible for refund.
